Returns

We are proud of our high quality products, and we hope you love them as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason and wish to return or exchange, please contact us at hello@petitkiwico.nz within 10 business days to initiate this process.

Should you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP (within 2 days of receiving the package) with photos and a description of the issue. Email this to hello@petitkiwico.nz

We can only accept items to be returned in brand new condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed & with original packaging).
Returns outside the 10 day timeframe will not be accepted. 

Items returned to us are at your expense and any additional postage incurred with an exchange is also payable by you. The exchange or refund will be processed once we have received your items back in an acceptable condition.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
