Deliveries

We understand you can't wait to receive your goodies, so we strive for a quick turnaround on dispatch and deliveries of your order. 

Generally, items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and sent with Overnight Delivery (standard and rural). 

Should you have a super urgent request, please put a note in the order section or send us a message via hello@petitkiwico and we will try our best to accommodate where possible. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping confirmation with tracking details for your package. Should you have any questions about the whereabouts of your delivery that you can't see in your tracking information, please contact the courier company (listed in your shipping confirmation email) first. If you still have questions after this, contact us at hello@petitkiwico.nz

 

Returns

We are proud of our high quality products, and we hope you love them as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason and wish to return or exchange, please contact us at hello@petitkiwico.nz within 10 business days to initiate this process.

Should you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP (within 2 days of receiving the package) with photos and a description of the issue. Email this to hello@petitkiwico.nz

We can only accept items to be returned in brand new condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed & with original packaging). 
Returns outside the 10 day timeframe will not be accepted. 

Items returned to us are at your expense and any additional postage incurred with an exchange is also payable by you. The exchange or refund will be processed once we have received your items back in an acceptable condition.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
